Just to avoid confusion is the price 1.2m baht total for all 12 rai? As opposed to per rai?
Also does the 12 rai have a chanote?

Yes B1.2M is total for 12 Rai. And yes, the property is Titled in my Thai wife's name, no encumberences.

Login, and open your PM Inbox.
- Click the box(es) on the right of those messages you want to delete
- Click the "Mark/Unmark as important" drop-down box in the bottom right corner
- Click "Delete marked"
- Click "Go"
- Confirm you want to delete
- Done!

Sorry to bother you again, but now I can't work out how to edit or delete my posts. I asked UMap but no response. Your further help will be much appreciated, also perhaps if you could point me to a 'help' page that even I in my dotage could understand so I won't need to bother you again. Thanks.

To edit any post you've made, click the edit button (top right and has a pen symbol on it), opens the post, make your edit and Submit.
To delete the Post, select the delete button (top right eith x on it), agree to delete it, then Submit.
