Guys can anyone recommend someone who can who can take a simple logo design concept and turn it into camera-ready artwork?

I have also used this company more recently:

The second one lets you select price ranges based how many artists to choose from and I think now can have unlimited iterations. I think with the three different projects LogoWorks designed made for me I didnt have more than 3 or 4 revisions each.

I've had a good experience with a local graphic designer for logo work. Just hit up some freelancers on platforms like Fiverr or Upwork, and you'll find plenty of talented folks who can turn your concept into polished artwork.
