No shovel now, no rabbit hole.

Only handbags.

No rabbit hole noo, no handbags Tam, just simple observations made on statements made on this site that are demonstrably untrue.

- Scores of posts over many years making claim of single annual trips, bereft of credibilty
- untrue claim of voting as an 18 year old, 2 years before they got the vote
- Claims of employment earnings certificates when they had been phased out with electronic reporting 4 years ago.
- personal contact with poster.

I am sure rabbit holes are quite dark, things in the open are not hidden in darkness.

Produce the 17/07/2021 post that states l am an expat and will run up the white flag.
How about this one? Would you like to deny we had a personal bet on the US presidential election,? I have the PM's from that interaction? Also on this site was the subsequent difficulties in collecting the bet from several of the losing parties.

The Australian passport is already one of the most expensive in the world but will go up in price twice in 2024.

The cost will be indexed to the consumer price index on New Year’s Day, as it is every year, and from July 1 next year fees are set to increase a further 15 per cent.

An adult passport currently costs $325 over 10 years.
It’s expected the second increase will add an additional $50 to the price - on top of the additional cost applied on January 1.

To compare the cost, New Zealanders pay NZD$206 for their passports.

Ridiculously expensive, I agree.

What a little grub albosleazy is. He has not been or maybe never will travel to Israel but sends penny wrong next month, so much for giving Israel a clear sign that Australia is not interested in the Israel struggle against hamas. And now along with NZ and Canada they want a ceasefire, oh yeah let hamas regroup.

The little grub is only concerned for his political life caving into the mooozlim community in OZ.

With the current Oz Govt under the leadership (debatable) of PM Mr albosleazy, she is heading for a bumpy ride.
Take his frequent flyer programs, 17 OS trips since they unfortunately came to power some 18 months ago, how about staying home for a while and fix this financial and energy crisis. OS are necessary, but 17 of them?.
I guess you have finally recognised he has sorted out the financial and energy crises, along with immigration, gun control, the NDIS, and wage theft. =D>

Wrong again Sport, the three countries want a ceasefire on the precondition that Hamas is totally disarmed and on that point, Israel actually agrees, but providing an authority takes over control of Gaza, and providing that authority is not opposed to the existence of Israel. Nothing unreasonable about that approach.

As for sending Penny Wong, this a foreign affairs issue, she is Minister of Foreign Affairs and any good manager delegates authority as a matter of good management practice. Penny in a recent survey was found to be the most respected member of parliament.

If Albo is sleazy, what do you think of the very right wing NZ Prime Minister who joined Albo on this announcement, a PM who also has no plans to travel to Israel?

And I did say that, 17 of em. Why didnt the little grub go from the OPEC meeting in Nov to Israel on his way back to OZ? or was that too much to ask.

Sorted out the financial and energy crisis, along with immigration, gun control, the NDIS, and wage theft, what a load of horse dung. Gun control was sorted out by the legendary PM John Howard long ago. The energy crisis is still happening and will only get worse and costly thanks to blackout bowen. With the immigration debacle, albosleazy started this monstrous intake but had to backflip and reduce the intake.

Whistles I have looked high and low re the total disarming by hamas and cannot find that particular comment, please supply a link. I agree things may be delegated but albosleazy is not a good manager. albo could have visited Israel on his way back from OPEC in Nov but did not, why?. penny wrong most respected, yeah by the lefties and snowflakes, she is one of the Mean Girls group who killed off Kimberley Kitching.

What a dog's breakfast, Sport.

But last time I looked, Tel Aviv wasn't "on the way back" from San Francisco to Sydney.

The text of the declaration from the PM's official website. I might note News Limited only published a very limited extract from the real declaration, as is their want to slant the news

https://www.pm.gov.au/media/joint-state ... 20violence.

I can find nothing in this declaration that I disagree with.

Of course its not direct, did I say it was direct JS, your assuming arent you. There he is flying around the world at taxpapers expense and he could have said to the captain and his entourage, 'change of plans Cap, were going to Israel'.

Thanks Whistles I did find it and had a look. albo keeps backing the wrong horses. There will never be a 2 state solution over there, he just wants to keep the Oz moozies happy and F Israel.

Sport, the policy since the Hamas attack has been 100% pro Israel, this is the first deviation from that one sided support of Israel.

Please post one single source that Albo is appeasing Australian Muslims.

When you thought it could not become more idiotic, we have Chris Bowen, Australia’s Minister for Climate Change and Whistler’s intellect mentor giving a ‘welcome to country’ introduction at the COP 28 conference.
And off we go on another tangent.

Chris Bowen @ COP28
'I begin with an acknowledgement that at the heart of action on climate change must be profound respect for those people who have cared for our respective lands for millennia – Indigenous people across the world,' Mr Bowen said on Saturday.

'I reaffirm our Government's commitment to the inclusion of our First Nations people in our climate change response and clean energy future.

'Recognising that respect for Indigenous knowledge, cultures and traditional practices is critical.'
Sounds entirely sensible and appropriate to me - but I guess right wing culture warriors are just gunna' keep up their mindless warrioring. :D

Morning Whistles, hope you had a good sleep. OK here we go. Early on in his political career, the Hon.(haha) albosleazy the local Fed MP for Grandlyer a Sydney electorate, attended a Sydney pro palestinian rally in Martin Place, Sydney, condemning the actions of the Israeli military at a protest at Martin Place in Sydney's CBD. He was in the crowd with a microphone blasting Israel while standing beside people with that check thing on their heads.

Upset is not the correct word, 'gutless and appeasing the muzzo population in Oz' would be more like it.

You are right, Sport - I am assuming that Albanese, the PM's department, and the Foreign Affairs department all said it wasn't necessary to add an extra 14,000km, and 17 hours flying time when he had plenty to do back in Oz.
