Don't know if too far for You but I used this guy on Nong Khai highway jut past the tunnel. If coming from town you would need to make a U-turn and come back toward town.

I was pleased with his work and he was reasonable. He is almost directly across the highway from the first 7/11 store after the tunnel going toward Nong Khai..

I've been using the one just pass Nissan for years on all my vehicles. Heading towards KK from inside the loop it's on the left just past Nissan. Other work done there as well but it's my go to A/C dude.
