DM 3 days wewax time so going on a bit of a burger bender mission today ... set my itinery for this grueling event

Center burger n beer for a NZ n a Tawandang rose
followed by
Papas wagyu offering with a crazily priced 130 bt can of Tetley creamflow
followed by
CCWnPS for the weekly dads army n ice thieves shindig
then
Accoustic a bit of nice live music before retiring for the evening.

Ironing my bestest shirt (with sleeves) n Chinos now then dashing out to the hairdressers now thus so pleasing on the eye for all in attendance.

*** AT NO POINT will any ice be added to my chosen beverages.

Yes the fresh brioche just out the oven,just happen to have some bacon too so I think a little bacon can't hurt the wagu flavour. And yes Tetley cream beer. Tried one already and boy have I been missing good old bitter.

Papas double wagyu burger was IMO fookin brilliant .. factor in the 6 Teleys cream flow and the company of Columbian Denis , Jammy , Coventry Tony n Tom it made for a mid session super happy shindig.



Cols car was n Piss stop .. as ever Dads army in numbers , lots of the local ice thieves still sniffing out another bell ring which want long coming .. flight delays lead to even more bell rings .. happy days

It's too bad Harvey's isn't in Khon Kaen. The best part is you get to choose your own toppings so you can have ice in your root beer and pass on the mushy peas for your cheeseburger. It's up to you.

I agree, I only had one this evening but it was delightful and filled my needs perfectly. That NZ beef just smells so nice when cooking. Beers were good too!

I had a really tasty cheese and bacon hamburger at the Surf & Turf Restaurant in Pattaya (Wong Amat Beach) last Wednesday night. In addition, it had an egg, tomatoes, lettuce and other stuff. It came with an ample supply of fries too, not the measly amounts one usually gets in Thailand. Excellent.

It is. I ate everything but the onion ring. The burger was costly, 300 baht or so, but it is a tourist spot.

I got a call from a friend today that astonished me. I was in the Sports Bar on Anzac Day and enjoyed watching the footy and the hospitality from John. After I left, two guys went up to John and said I made a post that the burgers at the Sports Bar are ---- on this very forum.

Of course, I never made such a post and have always enjoyed the food at the Sports Bar. I hope the trouble makers review this site and tell John they were mistaken. I called John to tell him, my only complaint I have about his burgers is they are too damn big and I have trouble finishing the meal.

It's a hard job running a bar, long hours etc, why make it more difficult for bar owners by stirring for no other reason than to be troublemakers?

John, that may be the source. However while you have books, you are not a book exchange just a great free service for customers. A book exchange sells and buys them back later.

Not sure if I have had your fish & chips. Dim sims, bought and take away yes, chico rolls, yes and hamburger which were all great.

Regardless, I have no doubt these clowns were simply out to create a problem.

Asking for the location of anything that is best is in fact rather a silly question, as any answer will decided by a person who is offering a subjective answer not necessarily a FACTUAL PROVEN response.
The old saying one mans meat is another's poison springs to mind , that is why i NEVER OFFER AN opinion on food, can point you to where food is good from my point of view . How it tastes and value for money is a choice individually you have to make.
