no Nong Prajak Rd road but there is a Prajak Rd runs from the train station to Tunseemooung.
78 Prajak Sillapakom would be at the west end, somewhere near the Udonthani Area Revenue Office.

if I wanted to write a postal letter to the resident(s) of 76/77 Prajak what exact address would you propose to write on the envelope?

and.. after thinking about it. There is a government office downtown that maintains name records and other documents.. It would require a visit with the name of the subject and the address or possible derivatives. It is located here on the 2nd floor https://www.google.com/maps/@17.4133474 ... ?entry=ttu

Another option, In the past, the wife and I recovered documents from 50 years prior at a records office behind the District ID office. looking from the street it is on the left side, the 2nd building.. They actually found a hard copy of the document we were looking for and copied it for us. The bureaucracy does love to keep its paperwork and much has been scanned into their computer systems. https://www.google.com/maps/@17.4150737 ... ?entry=ttu

The west end of Prajak (Sillapakom) nearer Tungsrimuang would be in Tambon (T.) Makkhaeng, not Tambon Nongbua.

good map research. Took that and went to Street View. I can't find 76. It goes from the government office just over the bridge that it 96 and the next shophouse shows 58/6-7..

the government records office could probably find a reference to the 76 Prajak Road if the address was there years ago...

checking google maps again it is my guess the exact house numbering of Prajak Rd. must have changed over the years. The location of the house number (#78) which my dear lady called home back then would be approx. 50 meters in North-West direction from Naam Restaurant.

if you google map it and put the little yellow man on Prajac near Naam restaurant, and travel up and down that road, at an intersection you will see a blue sign with Soi Prachak. Most of the houses dont have numbers displayed , which doesnt help, but in a few weeks I will go have a look for 76/78 and ask some questions..best I can do...otherwise you send your letter
