Do you mean prefabricated sections? Otherwise you're talking about trying to replace the broken cement drain that's in daily use with a new cement drain in the same location. That's not going to be easy without diverting and pumping while the existing cement trench is rebuilt and allowed to properly dry.

Source of Grey Water: Two bathroom showers/sinks, wet bar, kitchen sink, washstand and two washing machines.
Surface Water drainage required as well?: No, but it's open to any rain runoff from the hard standing at back of the house.
Pedestrian or Vehicle Traffic?: Not heavy, mostly just the dogs and chooks.
Aesthetics: Below eye level, it's a cement sluice.
Outlet location: Connects with the cement sluice that was built properly and into the moobahn's grey water 'system'.
The 1m sections from Thai Watsadu in kopkei's link will be ideal as this can be laid in the current, defective sluice and leveled so it drains properly. That means only stopping use of shower, sinks and appliances for a couple of hours at most. Easy in a cooler morning when everyone is off to 'work'.
As for covers and aesthetics, I could go for 100% grating cover (stops the baby chooks falling in) but may opt to cover a 10 m section on the 20 m run so the motorbikes and skylabs are out of sight.
That would be an option if all the drains entered the sluice at the same point like they used to and the run was straight and short, but one of the bro-in-laws solutions for a "too-hard" blocked drain last year was to run a new drain that dumps water into the sluice at a different location and at a height that doesn't consider slope, the 1 in 40 that BRD mentions to ensure a flow to the outlet. That and new pipework getting in the way of rebuilding the trench and ensuring there are no dips, sags or blockages if the pipe option was going to be permanent. Definitely way, way cheaper but I don't want to have to mess with it for at least another fifteen years.
