Absolutely, but again you have to ask why? Why does the USA not have alternative options to a semi senile old man who looks like he will fall over at any moment and a totally dangerous menace to the free world. It truly is unbelievable.

Since all POTUS's uniformly claim there will be no US military "boots on the ground" overseas, why worry?

Maybe Trump will be a better custodian of the launch codes so again, why worry?

But you still got boots in planes, helicopters, jets, and boots on submarines, destroyers, aircraft carriers.

And when have you ever trusted the word of a Politician especially one from the US? " Let us think Syrian, Iraq, Vietnam, Afghanistan,
The US also have troops in other countries including Thailand, just incase

Unlike the current arms-length joint exercises, freedom of navigation transits and largely unoccupied camps scattered around the allied world, the term "Boots on the the ground" suggests US military personnel in overt offensive and defensive roles on foreign soil.

Not quite correct Tam.
There are relatively few USA forces based in Europe. The joint Exercises mostly held in the former Soviet Bloc nations, now part of NATO are mainly carried out by European forces ( excluding the French 'again')
The task is to try and delay a mass Russian attack on NATO Nations long enough to allow the Yanks to form an air bridgehead and bring the required weapons and manpower over to help us defeat POO TIN. At least that is the theory.
All goes tits up if Trump is voted in.

Every year the Arctic Turn will fly from the Arctic to the Antarctic and back again. During its lifetime possibly 30 times. Each flight is 24,000 miles

Best being part of this forum by placing the intellectual challenged on foes list. A lot less post to read and a great time saver.

When Was Underwear Invented?
The concept of wearing fabric to protect our intimate parts came around 5000 BC with cavemen and ancient Egyptians. In Austria, around 1991, archaeologists found in Egyptian tombs extra supplies of linen loincloths, some that indicated dignity, and in royalty cases, were believed to sustain Pharaohs and Queens to the afterlife. Who would have thought that undies would’ve had such power, right?
