Here is something else Ms Harris said. A rather pointed comment on those that thinks Trump is a strong leader

What is the context here? Is she discussing Trump, the role of the U.S. in the world, Russia and Ukraine, India, the situation in the Sudan, reparations for former black slaves in the U.S., a closed border with Mexico or what? Her statement could apply to many countries, policies and individuals.

I would say, YES to your query

Harris' prosecutorial claims are a matter of public record. Those records will show when Harris was the lead prosecutor (or sent an underling) and the transcripts will also show her opening and closing arguments.

When it is exposed, the reality is going to be quite different than the reputation that is just attributed to her because it's her.
This is based on your review of the transcripts?

Kamala is a word salad expert.

The Trump Shot thread appears to have disappeared -- even with more evidence pouring in.

Newly surfaced texts show Trump rally gunman was on authorities’ radar more than 90 minutes before shooting: report
https://nypost.com/2024/07/29/us-news/t ... ng-report/
Text messages between members of the Beaver County Emergency Service Unit obtained by the New York Times revealed a more concrete — and earlier — timeline leading up to the shooting that grazed the former president’s ear, injured two rallygoers and killed one.
They have concluded that Crooks was suspicious a full 90 minutes before the shooting.

They did nothing, and allowed Trump take the stage.

Nope, didn't miss it. On what basis have you concluded that the reality is going to be quite different? Any evidence?

Very long text messages wouldn't you say, very fast thumbs needed.

Some interesting choices for Kamala running mate in this BBC article.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c80ekdwk9zro

JB Pritzker, the governor of Illinois, has raised his profile in recent years by going after Trump and defending Mr Biden.
The billionaire businessman - heir to the Hyatt hotel chain - is quick to post criticism of Trump on social media.
After the debate he called Trump a "liar" and said he is a "34-count convicted felon who cares only about himself".

^I'd avoid that one, seems like another Trump in the making.

Retired Navy Admiral William McRaven, 68, cemented his legacy in Washington by overseeing the special operation that killed Osama bin Laden.
He then moved into academia, becoming the chancellor of the University of Texas for four years before retiring in 2018.
He went viral in 2014 for his address at a University of Texas commencement speech in which he gave 10 lessons for living a meaningful life, one of which was to "make your bed".

^ I do like the sound of this guy (well from the paragraph above which is all I know about him!)

The VP comparison will be an important element of this campaign, Vance is a vulnerable target, any political operator worth their salt will not choose a controversial running mate and certainly not an old white guy. Buttigig may miss out for the reason as a gay he could be a vote loses. Frankly I think he has a lot to offer.

What exactly does Buttigig have to offer to appeal to the electorate other than he is not Vance or Trump? The reasoning behind your recommendation is a bit vague.

Not too bad a background, last term secretary of Transport and squeaky clean. Compare him to Vance and it is an easy win, and Vance ain't the winner.

The obvious response to that is - what do Vance and Trump offer?

Trump's lying, predator, insurrectionist criminal past is well known, but Vance's (doesn't he have a first name) is just coming to light.

But they are not Joe, now Harris. :D

Hilarious and so on point.

Plus Butti being gay will be a turn off for some undecided voters.
