You just have to watch the news reels. A fairly large percentage of them hardly qualify as young. As to gormless who knows perhaps Whistler identifies as such a person. Can we use the same adjective for some of the anti-fascists who also take to the streets compounding the problems.
Everyone in the UK used to have the absolute right to free speech, but the Woke politicians have now proclaimed that they decide what constitutes hate speech and what is not.

Watching the 'news reels', it is easy to see that the simple majority of these miscreants are younger than me (and you). Talking to my daughter today , checking all are safe n well in not so sunny Scunthorpe which has seen some protests but nothing on the scale of the larger cities.

Even she being politically rather left of center is now saying its a small minority of far right thugs stirring up the violence but with the vast majority being every day working Brits absolutely fed up with out of control migration and the politicians and police handling of the on going situation.

She works for the local council as does her hubby therefore mix with many government related departments and both agree with my particular view that the police are treating the whole terrible situation very unfairly ... most certainly "two tier" witnessed by both on their commute to n from work with gangs of armed Asian males freely roaming around threatening ppl under the guise of protecting themselves whilst the British protestors are greeted with riot clad police units and arrested for minor public disorder offenses.

Nice to see a well balanced post on the situation in the England just now rather than the almost hysterical outbursts of anti-right wing bilge being posted by some of our more left-wing hand wringers.
