Dear me Pratty quoting a Census that everyone acknowledges is another example of SNP ineptitude. Widely seen as a waste of time and money as a large percentage of Scots (mostly white I bet), refused to fill in and return in an act of defiance against a highly politicised version of the rest of the UK's Census.

Why does previous convictions, mean you receive a 20 month sentence for 'shouting aggressively' at a dog who no doubt was barking in an affectionate manner at him in general.

If you had a few more joined up brain cells and with your slavish acknowledgment/acceptance of all things published in the G or stated on ABC as your only guide you may have missed the fact that it was mainly Unionists who refused to return the SNP botched Census. Unionists in Scotland tend to be very predominantly white. The Asian Muslims have mostly been instructed to basically follow the SNP because of the high profile of H. Useless. so around <1% of total population. If I am wrong about 98% I will not be more than 2% out a far cry from England's almost 20% non ethnic White population. Your total misrepresentation as accurate figures from a false Census are just another example of your occupation of Planet Zog.

Being "drunk and disorderly" has been an arrestable offence since before you (or I) were born. Shouting at a dog while pished will probably get the polis on your arse a wee bit quicker. The massively inaccurate Scottish Census shows a marked downward number of White Scots totally against the steadily rising numbers from previous Census's.
Do your facts prove this as a permanent downward trend or just that so many Scots objected to wording changes brought in by the SNP as opposed to the 2021 Census held in the rest of the UK a did not return the Census.

Your in no doubt he received a wholly disproportionate sentence because he was a naughty boy in the past. Do you know how long ago his previous convictions were? After a certain amount of time these are not allowed to become a factor in sentencing.
I am in no doubt that Starlins 2 Tier system and his demands that severe punishment be dished out to all found guilty of the smallest of involvement such as 'shouting at a dog' is more likely the reason for this ridiculas sentence.
