Great point well made. The British trade unions used to implement overtime bans as a way for their members to force their employers into giving wage rises. Their employers already knew when overtime was needed, especially on seasonal deliverables. However, they could also see when regular hours productivity was dropping off and overtime work was being manipulated. I doubt DJT has a grasp on how overtime can be cynically manipulated by employees and unions.
