I'm not sure why this discussion is on a thread about the West Bank, but here goes.

IMO, dropping 3 x 2,000lb (or even 1,000lb) bombs in the middle of a tent city which has been designated by the IDF as a "safe area" (sic) is disproportionate, as is deliberately destroying huge swathes of civil infrastructure in Gaza.

These are just a couple of examples, without even taking a closer look at the number of civilian casualties, including a disproportionate number of women and children.

Ask the mods to move posts back to the Gaza-specific thread.

first, up to 5000 pagers loaded and blown.. Seems like they emitted a vibration and buzz prior to exploding causing many of the holders of them to pull them off their hip or out of their pocket and lost a hand in the explosion. So, I reckon Hezbollah today could ask us to "lend them a hand...." Today it appears recently procured hand held radios also exploded simultaenously. This must have Hezbollah leadership discarding any and all electronic devices that might harbor a little bomb..... It appears that since the Iranian ambassador to Lebanon was injured while possessing a pager that likely key Hezbollah leaders were carrying them to and were injured seriously or in some cases killed.. Internally Hezbollah's Procurement Section will probably be purged with extreme prejudice.. I smell kickbacks from the Mossad back vendor to get their wares sold..

BBC's impartial senior Middle East editor stating that innocents and children in Souks were killed and injured by the dastardly actions by the Israelis.
Nothing about the terrorists carrying communication devices that allow them to wage war against civilians.
