That's not even true if an attempt is made to apply that to White Leftists in the United States.

In the 21st century, there is nothing progressive, nothing democratic, nothing independent and nothing liberal about people who vote for authoritarian, oppressive, immoral and totalitarian government policies -- which are/were promoted by fascists, socialists, Nazis, communists and Marxists. All of those ideologies have a different name, but they're all immoral and all Left.

And it's true in every country across the world in today's political climate.

Have to admit that I side with Declan on this one. I have never been able to identify why the Left claims the moral high ground while having some of the most tyrannical, one party only states in the world. Does not seem to be much of a difference at either end of the political spectrum.
