The post should be titled Two-tier justice... the left wing fantasy.
Only today on mainstream media reports of trials of alleged rapists and sexual assault perpetrators being delayed by up to 3 years, now being scheduled for appearance in 2027.
Shout at a police dog or write something against a certain ethnic group its instant 'justice' within a week or two of the alleged offence and instant jail terms even if it means releasing real criminals to make space in the prison system. No long delays for social work reviews before sentencing just straight to prison.

Just how do you know the writer is "clearly qualified" The person is hiding behind a false identity that prevents any verifiable checking of their qualifications. Just because someone writes something you agree with does not make them qualified.

So he is a legal barrister, fine he is qualified to comment, same as all Left Wing or Far Right media, its called Free Speech which is denied to some of those of a Centerish or Right Wing persuasion under the new Hate Crime legislation (subjective I believe the term is).
One comment but I think you would struggle to find anybody working in publicly-funded law who believes our system is currently working as it should. The legal aid cuts heralded by LASPO removed access to justice for swathes of the population, and the effects have been catastrophic needs a response.
Why is it that illegal invaders or ethnic minorities dont seem to be affected? There seems whole legion's of solicitors ready and willing to represent these illegals and minorities all at public cost.
I just wonder who the swathes of the population are he is referring too?
Could it be that there is a Two Tier Legal Aid system as well?

It's possible that the crimes committed by illegals attracts media bandwidth that's inversely proportional to both the number of crimes they commit and their severity.

As for the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012, that was the brainchild of Kenneth Clarke as Secretary of State for Justice of the United Kingdom during the Conservative/LibDem coalition.

Its not just crimes by illegal invaders, it's the whole gaumont of legal representation in their application to remain in a country they illegally entered, the appeal process etc. You then have the Human Rights Lawyers who fight deportation orders all again by lawyers who plunder the public purse that is not available to whole swathes of the UK public.
Incidentally is the Citizens Advice Bureau still not available to provide free advice on many of the issues that no longer qualify for free Legal Aid.

Like the Asian grooming gangs and the perception of their being treated differently, how is it all suddenly Starmer's and Labour's fault when they were the shadow government?

You just posted that a Tory, Kenneth Clarke tried to modify a system that was being abused by the Ambulance Chasers and totally corrupt legal parasites who fed of the Legal Aid System.
It was a great system that helped some who were unable to afford to pay the huge costs involved in trying to have their side considered in justice system.
Its still being abused by certain parties.
Why should Muslin Child Rape Gangs identities be hidden by court order but a cop who is charged with allegedly sexual assault have his name and photo plastered all over the media?
