I don't think these guys have much of a since of humor. this sounds like when the men dress as women at night so they don't get taken.

Political rally this morning at Mukkhamontri Road (Thung Si Muang). Looked like Red Shirts, Phue Thai Party.

I would think they would be celebrating the return, release and re-election of their leader, rather than stirring things up.
