Do we have an update as to the repairs being completed?
Is there anything we as subscribers could we be doing to assist?

Still needing multiple refreshes when selecting any thread around 06:00.

Looks ok right now, around 09:00.

Still not back to normal, Tam. I'm going to ping the consultant and see where he is in the process.

I cautiously suggest that things seem to be much better today (Wednesday, November 13th). Please continue to report your experiences here, it's incredibly helpful.

I'm more optimistic, Tam, at least on UM. Our consultant believes that he has a handle on the problem and everything seems to be back to normal. He's also working this weekend on how to prevent a recurrence, although it's been a few years I think since we've had something like this happen.

I disagree, this clitch happens more often than you think be at though it may only be a few hours or more????? Probably hasn't been worth reporting ---- by me anyway.

It's def worth reporting, at least from my perspective. When was the last time it happened to you prior to the most recent (this week's) problem?
