With a few notable exceptions, it doesn't appear that "talent" was high on the list of qualifications for those appointed or nominated by Trump thusfar - female or otherwise.

Given that he has not got to the White House yet, let's see what happens on day 1, and whether he sticks to his own, many times stated intentions.

Did the fact that Trump and the Republicans won the election mean that it was run fairly - despite all the claims to the contrary that preceded it, by both Trump and the GOP?

Or just hyperbole.
