William Rose

Anybody out there know my brother, a scouser (Liverpool fanatic) named Billy Rose? He is 59, retired and has a girlfriend named Am. If you know him would you kindly either supply a contact address or phone number or pass on my e-mail address.

I believe so. He told me he was going to retire to a city/town near the Laos border and all I remember is that the name began with a "U". Now he may not have actually retired yet as he was still working for an American oil company (on offshore oil rigs) last time we e-mailed each other but his girlfriend is still there somewhere. If he is known in the city, he will probably frequent expat bars that show English soccer on satellite TV.

A few years back, he's was heavier by about 25-30lbs last time I saw him. The only other fact he let me in on was that he was driving a new Honda car these days.

Excellent, great job!! If you add 30 lbs (puff up the face) and thicken the moustache to walrus dimensions, its a good resemblence of the last time I saw him!
Not wishing to put anybody out, I would like to reiterate that he is still only 59 and a little ways away from retiring. He may not be spending a great deal of time in the region but is expected to gravitate there during each R&R period.

If you guys would simply keep eyes and ears open in future, I would owe you all a night out! If anyone finds him, I would like to have the opportunity of flying in and just rocking up with y'all to the bar he's in!
