Gaetz is an a-hole to the max. You've got to wonder with all the accusations flying around prior to the election in the November how he got re-elected in his District. I guess that's the corrupt power of the incumbency.. Now, he's resigned, bowed out and likely will get some paid talking head position at an Alt Right media outlet.. He did though threaten to actually take his seat in the incoming Congress wince he was re-elected and use his position to disclose all the secret sexual harrassments payoffs made by the government for allegations against other Congress critters. That might be an eye opener in itself. But I imagine he won't do that, its merely a threat, his childish response to having his dirty laundry aired..

To me, the fact that Trump nominated Gaetz as Attorney-General, despite the fact that it was apparently already well known that he (Gaetz*) is a sleazy a-hole, is the much bigger, and concerning, story here.

But Gaetz isn't even a member of the House any more, his political career rightfully trashed by the disclosure of the results of the House Ethics Committee's investigation. He's probably too dirty even for Fox, so what's with all this hand wringing?

Trump won, mostly due to the idiocy of the other team so just let him crack on. Your hands will be busy enough once he's actually in charge, so give your hands the break they deserve.

I assume that they all will. The Republicans in Congress have repeatedly proven themselves to be Trump sycophants, ready to do whatever he asks in order to stay in his good graces.

NO! There are a number of never Trumpers and Rinos in the senate and the house. Things will not be easy to get his choices confirmed. That's the way the government works.
