Wallpaper Paste

Post by JohnKing » January 7, 2025, 11:05 am

Have some edges of wallpaper that are lifting. Need to buy a small packet of wallpaper paste. The power that you mix with water. Can not find anywhere. Mister DIY were useless and told me to use superglue
Anyone know of a real builders or decorating shop where I could buy some?
Thanks in advance.

Sydney Horning Herald - One page is big enough to cover half a wall. (Not a paper one would take to read on a plane!)

On track. There are any number of water based products advertised on Lazada ranging from 50 to 200 Baht.
Sent from my 1977 Apple II using 2 Heinz bake bean cans and piano wire!

DIY ?
1/2 cup cornstarch, 1/2 cup white sugar, and 2 quarts of water. Mix the cornstarch and sugar in the skillet. Add enough cool water to make a smooth paste. Slowly add the rest of the water, heat and stir until thick.
I was born with nothing and still have most of it left

Corn starch and sugar. What needs to be added to stop the ants?

Wow! Some here not know what wallpaper is! A long role of paper with a design on it that you use to cover and decorate the walls of your home. Home made wallpaper paste with corn powder, maybe 50 years ago! Strange!!! I will have to bring some from the UK on another visit.
