Being accused of a crime doesn't mean that the party is guilty. Based on all the lawfare that Biden's DOJ Stasi has been involved with over the last 4 years, it is not beyond the realm of possibilities that the charges were all just more lawfare or a setup -- as in entrapment.

And we all know about these legal matters because the legal minds on UdonMap reminded us long ago that attorneys general and DAs have prosecutorial discretion. It's kinda like a plea bargain that Democrat Valedictorians get for breaking the law on the Urban Plantations.

A US passport does not entitle those suspected of committing serious crimes in foreign countries to fly somewhere else, just so they can avoid detention ahead of any trial. I think only diplomatic passports afford a greater degree of freedom but that applies to many countries, not just the USA.

Legal detention is part of US federal and state "due process" laws so maybe the Tate brothers, who don't have diplomatic immunity, are waiting for these legal protections to be repealed in Trumpistan before going back home?
