If I recall correctly, Tool Pro had some out in front of their store a few weeks back. Not sure about the price.
I really dislike cats. They might be fun to play with, but they really aren't domesticated. Here in Udon, there is a cat who leaves foot tracks up and down my garden all, and kills the lizards around the house. Now, if it were killing snakes, I wouldn't mind having it around here, but I haven't found any dead snakes, only dead lizards. And why does it have to use my lawn as its toilet? Did you know that Richard Feynman nearly got the order of the colors in a rainbow backwards during the orals for his doctorate? Its true and its on topic, just not this one...

Jimbo, if my memory servers me correctly (& it was a long, long time ago). Top Cat originally appeared on the BBC under that name for at least a couple of years. However the link with the cat food name caused all sorts of hassle for the Beeb (as they were absolutely zero advertising channel in those days) so they changed the shows title to Boss Cat - bit stupid really as he was still referred to as TC on the show!!!
But, sorry I can't help you with Mrs Slocombes' pussys' eating habits.....

Top Cat!
The most effectual Top Cat!
Who's intellectual
Close friends get to call him T.C.
Providing it's with dignity.
Top Cat!
The indisputable leader of the gang.
He's the boss, he's a VIP, he's a championship.
He's the most tip top,
Top Cat.
Yes he's a chief, he's a individual
But above everything,
He's the most tip top,
Top Cat.
Top Cat! .

I met Top Cat in a laundrette once, he asked me for change so he could finish drying his pork pie hat.
I said sorry I don't have any left but I gave him a phone card so he didn't get into any more trouble with Officer Dibble.
He thanked me and left, his still wet hat dripping water down his whiskers.
