I recently traveled through Suvarnabhum and Don Muang.

At the Swamp, accessible (and free) wi fi is everywhere. I did search, and ended up logging in to AOT. ID and password are both "test" (without the "). You will also find power plugs on many of the large round structural columns, thereby also getting free power.

I was unsuccessful at DM, while sitting in the departure lounge.

As a rule of thumb, you are most likely to get free wi fi if you can get close to the Airport Lounges provided by various airlines. I did this at Melbourne airport.

The Thai Airways lounge has free wireless, no name/password required.

There is no wireless at Thai Airlines Lounge at Don Muang, despite numerous written complaints using the TG customer feedback form. The girls at reception just smile and say " They think soon " ., my reply is, it will be fixed when the Suv airport is fixed also, - " Soon "

In Seoul I was able to get a great signal from the business class lounge although i was across the Terminal from it, no security on it at all. Now if i had packed my brain i would have had my power outlet addaptor and been able to spend more than 4 minutes on my Puter.

Your information is outdated. I know because I used it on the fifth of November, and I was not the first person.
