I am unreliably informed the contest will start at 6pm at the fair ground.
So today is the day, hope all forum members have flowers ready for No. 99

I dont see many true Thai beauties walking down the street with a falang.Anybody else noticed this ?ok some ,but not many.Im talking about physical beauty ,you know when you look twice ,we have all done it.Well you dont see em in Soi Falang or Mr Tongs.Only at 1 a.m after a few beers maybe.

i dont know what street you have been hanging out but i have seen some great looking girls all over,just go and look in some of the shopping centres

I think he meant that he doesn't see many beautiful Thai girls with white guys. Usually, you see the beautiful Thai girls with Thai boyfriends.

I agree with this one actually. I think Thais look down on Thai women who date white men. Usually, only the dark skinned Thai women will date white men. They are usually from poor families which makes them really unattractive to Thai men.

That's my understanding anyway.

Yes I would concur with Darryl and Yossarian on that one.

My GF has often told me that Thai people wonder why farangs pick such ugly Thai GF's!!

(She includes herself in that category!)

Though I suppose, as they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder!!

I am also very aware of the view that if you have a very beautiful GF, she will be very marketable and sought after, and everyman and his dog will be trying to "pull her" - take her from you!!

She will also know that she is very marketable/valuable too!

The Thai girls on TV ads are very generic looking to me

White skin and a nose, all looks way to familar but not for

Thais who see this as beautiful

All but the most conceited girls think they are unattractive

because even the lightest skin girls are dark compared with whats on TV.

Dill my friend, you didnt read my comment correctly.There are physically beautiful Thai ladies everywhere.But how many do you see with falangs? Have a look everyday, see what you think.
