Music school

Post by Salem » February 4, 2008, 10:30 pm

I am looking for a music school for my daughters, one plays violin and the other plays electric guitar.
Does anyone know of a good school in Udon?
They would also like to take Tae Kwon Do if anyone knows of a good school. They are 15 and 12.
Thanks for any info.

Guitar

Hi Salem,

I've done a fair bit of teaching guitar to all ages in the UK, Europe and now Australia - electric and acoustic. I'm coming to live in Udon from Australia probably the second week in March and have thought about doing some teaching again. I'm classically trained (guitar and piano) and have studied at the Guitar Institute in London, played with all sorts of bands etc. Let me know if you're interested and keep in touch.
Cheers
Phil

My daughters go to the Yamaha school on Prajak Road near the Bangkok Bank.

There is another Yamaha School on Srichomcheun Road, this one is actually the first one in Udon and has been around for decades, owner speaks English and they have programs for all levels and any instruments.

Call owner at 089-7119900 (Mrs. Noi)

Good luck with finding the right school.

Siam Kolkarn Music School had a demo in the complex today. Maybe it is a weekend deal so they could be there on Sunday also. They teach children (junior music course) and up to adult level. There was an absolute stunner hovering about talking to the potential clients. Dear God let her be a tutor there. Forget rugby, tennis and a good book. I want to play piano.

Their phone number is: 042-328-335.
