Mahan Airlines

Has anyone heard of or indeed used Mahan Airlines. I think they're out of Iran, haven't had time to google yet.

I have a friend doing a retrun BKK-UK-BKK in June, he's on Mahan in business class, flight cost 59,000 bht..

But I guess there's business class and business class

Just did a quick google and yes they do hub out of Tehran........ hhmmm cheapness isn't always the best option

I had a friend who flew with them a couple of years ago......His Verdict....Fuc*ing ABYSMAL.......Also did you know that The EU Suspended their license to fly into ANY EU Nation for a time last year,Sighting UNSAFE Aircraft & Maintenance Procedures.....Umm !! Phuket Airlines springs to mind !!!

think you need strong nervs just thinking about flying with that company.
what about Bangaladesh airlines.??

Mahan Air is Iranian, they use Airbus A310s into Bangkok, they are currently banned from Europe

Wonder if they use that on their advertising logo..."Fly The Mahan Air Experiance..(Except anywhere in Europe), Because we are Banned"

mahon are banned from the uk,maintenance left a lot to be desired.
