OK help me out here....

I have whole fresh potatoes, I also have the larger French fries, I can easily make potato wedges if that's what you prefer.

Potato skin on or skin off?

Fried in a pan instead of deep frying?

Cheers!

NEW AT NONG'S

By popular request, we have added spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic toast to our menu, and also mashed potatoes if you prefer instead of French fries.

Hey Glen, it all looks good to me at a good price. I'll certainly be popping in for some fish/chips or ribs when I get there and I'm over the road sorting TW out with the net shop!

Cheers
Phil

Sorry I've been so long getting back with you, my laptop decided to die.

My phone number is: 083-359-8301, can be found in Udon Guide magazine, page 31.

We have just had the whole place repainted... Looks great.

I am also experimenting with beef jerky using our BBQ sauce. I'll let you know soon how it is.

Kindest Regards, Glen

In 14 days I am sure you could have walked across the road to the internet shop.

I don't know about the beef jerky with BBQ sauce, Glen. Will have to give it a try. My wife roasts beef jerky in the oven with Thai spices and tastes great with sticky rice. Used to take it on my hunting trips back in the states.

Well I guess the beef jerky is a good idea. I had a customer taste test the first batch that I made and he bought the whole batch. I will make some more today.

I'd like to thank all of you for your comments. Your comments help me make Nong's a better place for all.

Kindest Regards, Glen

Nong's now has a very nice pool table.

I would like to know what we need to do to start a league. If anyone has information and / or interest in a league, please let me know what we need to do to get started.
