yes, best coffee shop in udon. good for supplies to make at home also. and cheapest for that also. again, just wish they had some danish. also noticed the other day, they open at 730 am now. getting better.

keep going down toward the traffic light, same side, just before light, good breakfast shop. egg/veg/meat in pan, little sandwichs, good pork jok. and a familiar face strolling around, our friendly beer garden propietor from night market, he's everywhere.

To all you coffee lovers;
Next time you're in Nong Khai, there's a lady sells fresh imported Lao coffee (beans & ground)
at a little table/stall in Tha Sadet market for 120B for 500 grams.
Top quality Arabica beans and nice strong flavour.
IMHO the best coffee around.

You can get the same items from the food stalls that open up opposite Nong Prajak Park every morning. Including Patango, which is donut mix, great with coffee. I love the egg sliced sausage and pork cooked in the pan. What's it called?

I might have to get the bicycle out BM and go in search of Khai-kha-tuk, rather partial to it myself but you can keep the moo-ping, revolting stuff. Give me an ant egg omelette any day =P~

To get back on topic and the initial issue of people feeling being ripped of because of a "supposed yet not confirmed" 100% increase of a cup of coffee.

I've spoken with the owners of Mojo's, and they ensured me that the coffee price will stay at 35 Baht. For a coffee coming from a espresso machine I personally think its a good deal.

I also understood that there will be a new menu carte on Friday when Mojo's re-opens after a holiday and renovation. surely a reason to check out the place again.

Again with the new menu, I was ensured that besides the Lamb dish all prices remain the same.

By the way, wazz-up with the place near Lee's Office, all I hear is that they are closed all the time. Anybody actually had some drinks or food over there? Need to check it out myself, I guess.

There is another nice place to get some good coffee on Sri-chomchuen Road. It's called Coffee & Net. Coffee starts at 30 Baht, Homemade Cakes at 35 Baht. Air conditioned, and Internet available for free to those who consume drinks, so no screaming kids in there. Its next to the BD Computer shop. also a place to check out!

Want information.. PM me.

I am sorry Saint, The price seems to be same as before, no changes, remains at 35 Baht.

However I do agree and I think we do a great job (maybe sometimes overdo it) in keeping each other informed about whats going on here.
